Acoustic Production

We worked with Danny Ray throughout the process of planning our wedding music and he is an absolute pleasure to work with! He knew the feeling and ambiance we were aiming for with our event music and was able to put an elegant spin on our requests. Him and the cellist performed our ceremony music and cocktail hour, and he DJ'd the remainder of our event. For us the mix of a guitar and cello were just perfect for our wedding music: a touch of elegance and refinement with the endearing presence of a guitar. I've received some really great feedback about our ceremony music especially! It's not easy to make Zeppelin sound polished for a wedding but he found a way to do it! I highly recommend Danny for your wedding!

The first time I heard Danny perform was 3 years ago at the Tasting Room. I was impressed with his great taste of music. His voice is so refined and he connects well with the crowd. That same night, when I found out that he books weddings, I got his business card. Planning for my wedding, I remembered about him and I knew I had to hire him to perform at my wedding; No questions asked. Luckily, he also DJs, therefore he did live music and Dj at our reception. I was not disappointed at all. He was GREAT and my guests loved him. Everybody told me they had such a great time. Danny and Liz are easy people to work with, and have been very accommodating. What I like about Danny too is that he is that type of person that would go an extra mile to make sure that everybody has a good time. I definitely would recommend him.

Danny played beautiful music for the ceremony. He sang for the cocktail hour and then DJ'd the reception. He was fantastic. The dance floor was full. He did a great job of fitting in the events of the wedding without interrupting the fun, party atmosphere of the evening. I can't think of a better was to do a wedding. He is awesome!!!!

We can't say enough about Danny Ray and the difference he made at our wedding. The whole process was wonderful and easy. We gave him the four songs we wanted, he learned them, and then performed them flawlessly. He has a great voice and plays the guitar beautifully. Even though we changed the ceremony location from outside to inside 45 minutes before, he adjusted quickly with a smile. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone wanting a quality soloist who is talented, pleasant and professional. He made a huge, positive impact on our guests and wedding!

Superb!!! Highly Recommend!!! My husband hired Danny to do all of the live music and DJ for our ceremony & reception at our wedding. Not only did he perform the musical selections we requested better than his online versions he also took the time to learn two new songs and do a collaboration of the two for our first dance. It was the moment my husband's mom who had been stoic throughout the ceremony shed a tear. Her words "it was touching." The combination of the guitar, Danny singing and the cello were PERFECT! Danny definitely kept the pace of the reception upbeat and fun. My husband and I absolutely LOVED having him perform at our wedding! We got so many compliments on his performances. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants the classical feel of live ceremony music, tailored song customization of different song choices along with fun, lively music to keep everyone dancing until the end of the night. I would love to use him again in the future! Danny we loved you!

Acoustic Production played amazingly at my wedding. I hired them to do the preservice and ceremony music. We booked them without meeting and sent the deposit in. I saw a couple of other reviews and watched some videos of them playing online. This kind of made me nervous. But Danny answered any questions I had and we emailed through out the process to make sure the songs I wanted to be played were played. When I was waiting to walk down the aisle, I could hear the music and I started to tear up. It was all so beautiful. He sang "At Last" during my walk down and it couldnt have went better. I got lots of compliments and comments about the music. It was just overall great service.

Danny was great. My Husband and I's (husband!) taste in music does not translate well to the dance floor so Danny incorporated those songs into the cocktail hour and dinner and then transitioned smoothly to dancing music afterwards. He played every song we preped him we wanted and played everything we requested on the spot. He was a pleasure to work with, such a great personality, very congenial. I'm focusing more on the DJ side of things vs. the ceremony music (though I used them for both) since I was able to find lots of reviews about their guitar/cello music but none about the DJing. Frankly, the music they play speaks for itself (you can listen on their website) and the DJ was tailored to exactly what we wanted.

Do it. They're amazing ... my husband and I were married on October 23rd and hiring Acoustic Production was probably the best decision we made. We are musicians ouselves and the music in general throughout our ceremony/reception was SO important. We love their interpretations of modern songs and had quite the mixture of them before/during/after the ceremony. The processional was all selected from their classical portfolio. Danny & Liz were so gracious throughout the planning process. The musicians learned 3-4 custom songs just for us and executed them flawlessly. The band was even kind enough to let my brother and another groomsman use their equipment/instruments for a special performance. Love, love, love AP, recommend them to anyone! Absolutely Amazing. One of my favorite vendors! Seriously this duo is over the top. And Danny's voice is just beautiful. And his abilities on the acoustic guitar are top notch! We used contemporary music & they were able to accommodate this. They covered both our ceremony & cocktail hour. Even during my wedding people were asking me for their contact information. What a great due to work with
