Over The Top Linen

After a terrible experience with another company my husband and I decided to try using Over the top Linens... our experience was wonderful. Due to the lack of professionalism from another company our switch was very last minute (like 2 weeks before the wedding). Katie was AWESOME-- she saw the stress on my face when we walked in for our consultation and put all my fears to rest. She walked us through the show room and had MULTIPLE swatches for us to choose from. After we made our selection we went over and she showed us all our different bow options for our chair ties. She was professional, kind, and willing to work with us on such short notice. Over the Top is the place to go for linen rentals in houston!!

Over the Top provided the linens for all the tables for my wedding. They were professional and on time, and provided exactly as promised. They were easy to work with and flexible with adding fabrics and linens the week of.

In a word.... WONDERFUL!! they were reasonably priced had a great selection and so pleasant to work with.

Over the Top Linens just added that extra touch to making our venue look spectacular! They were referred to us through Tuscany Villa and their set up was impeccable!

Great job. Got everything there on time. Looked exactly as I wanted. I highly recommend.

Customer service is poor, Flexibility is non-existent.\r\nVery unprofessional, not punctual for set-up or pick-up at all.\r\nYou will be charged for linens even if you don\'t need them. Sometimes you don\'t know EXACTLY how many of everything you will need until the day of, but they will add extra & charge you later, but will not under any circumstance, refund a dime if you wind up not needing as many. Very defensive as well.
