Laura did a fantastic job of capturing exactly what we wanted on our day. As opposed to some other florists we spoke with, Laura was able to draw out exactly what the centerpieces and ceremony backdrop would look like. Then, on our wedding day, it looked exactly like her drawing! She also invited us to visit the floral supplier she uses, so that we knew exactly what we were getting in terms of flowers. She is a perfectionist who will be able to make your dreams come true within the budget you provide to her. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we recommend her to help beautify the event of your lifetime!

Laura is truly gifted and talented. Her work is impeccable. SCF Events exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful to work with them. Ray and I were blown away when we saw everything all placed together! Beautiful!

SCF did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding. It was even more beautiful than what I imagined. Laura is so great to work with. She is very professional and really works with you on your budget. My best friend used SCF for her wedding a few years ago and they did such an amazing job that I have recommended SCF to many of my friends since then and used them for my own. Laura with SCF Events was amazing. The main thing i cared about at the wedding was flowers, I wanted them everywhere and to make our space feel more church like. I told her i wanted a very light, elegant beautiful feel to the flowers and the Chuppah that she also set up for us. Laura took this idea and ran with it. She did an amazing job. She was constantly giving me ideas and suggestions. I went with an all white theme with peacock feathers. Many of the florists did not have the best vision for this... Laura hit it out of the ballpark. She was very prompt on response time and flexible with her scheduling. Her prices were unbelievably resonable for what i wanted. Everyone was taking pictures of our beautiful centerpieces and our head table, which she designed better then i could have ever dreamed of. If you want the floral wedding that you have always dreamed of, Laura and the SCF Events team is who you should choose!!

Laura and her team did an excellent job! The flowers and design of the space were amazing! The bouquets were absolutely gorgeous! Laura was very friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and though I had a few ideas of what I wanted, she was the magic behind the beautiful results! I will admit that flowers stressed me out a bit. I did not have a huge budget set aside for them, and I had met with several florists that made me feel like my budget was unreasonable and unrealistic. When I finally met with Laura she put all my fears to rest. She actually listened to what I said, had tons of ideas of her own, and made everything work within the budget I was comfortable with. She was really quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. She had a baby about a month before the wedding and still was one of most responsive vendors. I had a great experience and would recommend her services to any bride!

Laura has a GREAT eye for style and beauty. I would give her simple one-liner descriptions on the ambiance and look that I was aiming for and her resulting product far surpassed what I imagined. BEYOND gorgeous! Laura was so easy to work with and so helpful with recommendations and ideas. She is constantly coming up with new and creative ideas that I think I changed my mind on things at least a few times before finalizing any arrangements. Her website is by far one of the best I've seen as far as displaying her work and talents and pictures are one of the best tools any vendor can use to help their customers make decisions from afar. I really wanted artichokes and kale in my centerpieces (I work in agriculture) and Laura integrated it so well and everything looked stunning yet sophisticated. She even offers a number of decorative items for rental that I hadn't seen at other vendors (i.e., giant vases, pillars, lanterns, stands, chuppah, etc.) - another plus for someone trying to add that special touch of uniqueness to their event :-).

We picked Laura for our florist because she had an inspired vision for our wedding. She totally got the feel we were going for. I also had seen her work on her web site, and love everything she did for other weddings. The coolest thing, was when Laura told us that she was "anal," I knew I could count on everything to be perfect! Through out the process, Laura was super attentive to detail, just like she promised and was good with communication, which was very important to me. Laura said I could accompany her to the flower market and pick out our flowers! We went and picked out a plethora of fuchsia blooms for her to order. Tragically, on the Thursday before my wedding, Laura sent me an e-mail that started with "Take a deep breath." She said my flowers had arrived, and the hues were totally off from the fuchsia we were going for - some were too red or too purple. She said to please not stress, that she'd do everything in her power to replace those flowers and get as close to my original vision as she could. In the end - some flowers were the right color, while others, including my bouquet and half the bridesmaids bouquets were hot pink or pale pink, but I trust that Laura did the best she could have given the situation, and I don't think anyone was the wiser except for me. She still pulled off a great look for the wedding, and I know she worked really hard.

Overall my wedding flowers did not match the quality I'd seen from SCF's website, what was discussed, pictured, or written in contract. * Smaller centerpiece was changed to match maids bouquet instead of larger centerpiece so there was no congruity amongst the two table arrangements * Bridal bouquet colors didn't match my request nor what was pictured (one of her own previous creations) * Groom's boutonniere was a brown bud with no flowering; ring bearer's boutonniere was only twigs with no flower * Some arrangements arrived with wilted flowers A few days before the wedding I was contacted regarding a change in the vases, which was appreciated. However, no notice was given to the changes in arrangements, unavailable colors, nor problems with the quality of the flowers. After the fact, there was no attempt make an apology nor to explain the changes but that she "did the best to her capability".

I would recommend Laura to any bride. I had a very laid-back approach when it came to decorating for my wedding. I showed her a few pictures and gave her a few types of flowers I hated/loved. I left the rest to her! She designed a beautiful alter and created centerpieces that complimented my venue. My bouquet was absolutely perfect...exactly what I would have asked her to make if I had known what I wanted. The day of my wedding we had a very last minute (3:00 in the afternoon) location change for the reception. Laura went above and beyond to accommodate the windy ceremony location and to decorate a room that was probably twice the size of my original reception room. I cannot thank her (and her team...I caught a glimpse of them in action) enough for making my crazy wedding day turn out absolutely gorgeous!

I really enjoyed working with Laura at SCF Events.. I think her sense of style is awesome and she really is great at what she does. I also found that her work was the modern and sleek and wasthe best price out of the 7-8 florists I looked into. She was very patient with my changes and VERY responsive which I appreciated because I was planning from out of town... my only gripe was that the centerpiece flowers were a different color pink than the flowers at the head table (although the flowers were the same) and I wasn't sure why the different pink hue that was noticeable... it wasn't a big problem.. just kind of random.. however, I loved how everything was arranged, loved the quality of the flowers and her overall service was great!

Laura was wonderful and listen to every one of my whims. She did way beyond what I could imagine and the night turned out perfectly!

Laura is the most wonderful person to work with. She was flexible and understanding when I had a flower "melt-down". She worked with both me and my fiance to create a unique and complete look for our flowers. The quality was so beautiful that I had older women at the wedding wishing they could have used Laura 20-50 years ago when they wed...There's always vow renewal! Laura's work was exceptional and worth every penny, I will use her for any flower arrangements in the future.

SCF events did our flowers for our wedding which was planned in 2 months! Laura Tran did an awesome job! I had so many compliments!!!It was so nice that my wedding ended up being on the knot magazine!!! Laura was very responsive and was very professional. Can't beat the quality of her work!!!!
